Steps of Process of Decision Makings  निर्णय लिने प्रक्रियाका चरणहरु

-निर्णय गर्नु भनेको उपलब्ध विकल्पहरु मध्येबाट एउटा उत्तम विकल्प छान्नु हो ।

-कुनै पनि विषयमा निर्णय लिदा निश्चित प्रक्रियाको अबलम्बन गर्नुपर्दछ। 

निर्णय लिने प्रक्रियाका चरणहरु 

१. समस्याको पहिचान (problems Indentification) 

२. समस्याको विश्लेषण (Analysis of the Problem)

३. सुचना संकलन (Collection of information)

४. विकल्पहरुको विकास तथा मुल्यांकन (Development and Evaluation of Alternatives)

५. सर्वोत्तम विकल्पको छनौट (Selection of the best Alternative)

६. निर्णय कार्यान्वयन (Implementation of the selected alternative)

७. निर्णयको मूल्याकंन (Evaluation of Decision)/पृष्ठपोषण (Feedback)
